After a clear look Chris's stated that this lounge was a failure waiting to happened and that the problem was a fault at the factory. He stated that he had worked several years specifically with this type of lounges. This fault had accrued because a machine at the factory had to be set for a specific pressure, but in this case the pressure had been set too high.
